Pros (+) This is a very nice, basic motel in an excellent location. The entrance is literally about 30 feet from the boardwalk, in a popular area. There are at least two restaurants within 100 feet. Room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, air conditioning unit, not much storage space. Cons (-) Really, not much. This is a basic category motel, with corresponding amenities. What really stands out is the superb location and the staff during our stay.

Pros (+) Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great and check-in was super easy. Staff were very helpful.
Cons (-) Rooms were old and dated. That being said, they were in very good repair, almost to the point it felt more retro than old.
