Sea Breeze Beach Hotel - Oistins - Bedroom

8.9 Excellent (330 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Oistins, this beachfront property is in the entertainment district and within 3 mi (5 km) of Dover Beach and Rockley Beach. Silver Sands Beach and Brownes Beach are also within 6 mi (10 km).
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The room is ok.
Cons: Completely poor service. Nobody cares about any of your requests. The transfer was supposed to be organized by hotel but nobody came - and no excuses at all. Main restaurant is awful. Sea view room in fact was a pool and roof view, and very little of the sea. Had to ask for making-up the room for three times. Lots of disappointment. We left this hotel 2 nights earlier, and spoke to a manager asking for refund - no reaction. We even didn't receive a final statement. The location is not really great - lots of waves and windy.
7.1 Good
Pros: I really enjoyed the size of the rooms and the fact that you can have 2 rooms communicating together. We were a family of 7 and it was perfect. The rooms and facilities were always clean and well maintained. There were some great events at the small bar of the hotel with great people teaching us about Barbados. Shawn from guest services was extremely great at booking us the right excursions. The location of the hotel and proximity of the beach was fantastic. We were very happy about the 'smaller' type of hotel/resort, with 3 pools and direct access to the beach. Finally we met some great people from multiple different countries and made some new friends.
Cons: It felt as though not all of the staff at the hotel is happy to be working in the service industry. When you choose a hotel you are looking for the best experience that will make you want to go back but not all of the staff felt as though this was their mission or values. From a cuisine perspective, both a la carte restaurant need better quality and better variety. Breakfast were great but dinner options were limited and not tasty. We ended eating out on multiple nights which makes a trip more expensive when you pay for all inclusive. There are some quite good restaurants on the island so hotels need to follow as well.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The adults area was lovely and relaxing. The rest of the staff were all really friendly and I liked the organised run. Rooms are beautiful, the beach is stunning and all in all a really well run, nicely renovated place to relax for a week. I really enjoyed my stay.
Cons: Most of the staff were lovely, just one woman was the talk of the pool with how rude she could be to people.... I dont think she should be front of house, and the restaurants being full when you want to book in can be a little annoying. Also live music till 11pm I thought was a little too late, if it finished a bit earlier it might help those in rooms around it have an earlier night if they want too.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Food
7.0 Good
Pros: Dinner at restaurants was excellent
Cons: Breakfast.as a non pork eater limited choices...gym to small
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were so friendly Bed was ultra comfortable Beach and pool beds comfortable Great lap pool Food very good Easy to book al a carte restaurants
Cons: Nothing
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Little Arches Boutique Hotel Barbados - Adults only in Oistins, you'll be on the beach, just steps from Miami Beach and a 4-minute drive from Silver Sands Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous very close to Miami Beach a lovely swimming spot, a short walk from Oistins fish fry & a short car journey to some great restaurants/bars at St Lawrence Gap. The staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is a little boutique hotel, which is perfect if you don't want to stay in a massive hotel or resort. It's a short walk to one of the best beaches on the island, you will often see fish and maybe turtles if you're lucky. Plenty of options to eat at night are just a short walk away, and the main city / more restaurants are only a short drive away (15-30 mins). The restaurant of the hotel is very good too.
Cons: The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is quite close to the airport, which is very convenient but it also means that airplanes will often fly over your head. You can't hear them from within the room but you will notice them while on the beach or by the pool. It wasn't a problem for us but someone might care about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely relaxing few days - from the time we arrived we instantly felt relaxed. The room was clean and very comfy - we enjoyed having our own private spa. The nearby beach was wonderful and we enjoyed swimming here. The entire staff were wonderful and accommodating - thank you!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Engaging and engaged staff, friendly and highly competent.
Cons: Not the fault of Little Arches, but being off the busy road would be a plus.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast Free cheese/wine platter. Spacious room.
Cons: When checking out, nobody offered to help us with our bags, take them to the car or the courtesy room. Gluten free options and lactose free options were limited - There was no lactose free milk option at breakfast. Turn down service in the evening was too early - between 6-7pm, which was often when we were in the room getting ready to go out, which meant often we just didn’t have it. This should be later. One night we tried to order room service and were informed we couldn’t because they were not serving the normal menu. There was a BBQ on that evening which we chose not to attend but then had no option for dinner because of this lack of room service. No diet / Coke Zero on offer.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the staff was awesome
Cons: The air conditioner was not easy to control. I ended up getting sick we I went back home. Would have like to option of opening a window.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just wonderful in every way . Fine dining restaurant on rooftop. Felt like being at home ! (But lots better)
Ocean 15 Hotel - Oistins - Building

7.9 Good (133 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Ocean 15 Hotel in St. Lawrence Gap, you'll be in the historical district, a 3-minute walk from Dover Beach and a 2-minute drive from Worthing Beach. Featured amenities include a computer station and luggage storage.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location to the beach. Nicely quiet. Staff very friendly. Pool area nice to relax.
Cons: More dresser room for clothing. Better sink and maybe a vanity in the bathroom. Lounge chairs could be updated
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was good at what they did. They were helpful. Housekeeping was good. Food was good. Location was also good but too much construction in the area.
Cons: However we did have a few problems with the rooms. They were too small and the bathroom in the hallway was very difficult to maneuver around. Some issues with the phone and stove. Some essential things were missing such as dish rag, paper towel. Pool looked a little dirty.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. The hotel was away from the beach, but it was an easy walk. The swimming pool was great at the end of a hot day touring. Although small the pool wasn’t busy so it was fine. The bar and cafe had a good range of tasty food available. Happy Hour was much appreciated. Unexpectedly, we enjoyed the Sunday night karaoke because the singers were mostly very good. The number of locals using the bar and cafe gave added atmosphere as we didn’t find it as touristy as other bars around. This isn’t a luxury hotel but nonetheless the facilities are well maintained and perfectly adequate. Our 2 bed/2 bathroom appartment was great. There is a little supermarket nearby and we could have catered for ourselves completely, though we didn’t!
Cons: The bar area could have been lighter. The evening music sessions went on past midnight sometimes and we were glad our appartment was far enough from it that it wasn’t a problem for us.
7.9 Good
Pros: Rooms were well kept and reception was friendly and helpful..
Cons: We didn't like the food /lunch at the hotel. Bar area cld of been a little more cleaner and Sunday for the KARAOKE we didnt have privacy to use the pool area .. but otherwise the stay was excellent.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel and the food that was served, staff was very friendly and kind.
Cons: This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, I didn't like the fact the bar was closed throughout my stay which was very disappointing for myself and the people I was with. The pool, was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned throughout my stay, there was no chlorine used in the pool to make the pool safe to use.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my friends. We had a great experience with the staff and the place. I will be returning soon
Cons: One issue with the place is that the internet connection isn’t stable at all

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lovely staff
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, handy for airport and Cruise Port. Very friendly staff. Bar meal selection excellent (staff very attentive about partner's coeliac disease).
Cons: Hotel was expensive. We book-ended a cruise with stays in the hotel and could have gone on another week's cruise for the cost of the stay in the Hilton.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire facility was nice and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: No
4.0 Okay
Cons: construction..would not have stayed if i had been informed..lots of noise at 8am....also fridge did not work...all in all a bad experience
9.1 Excellent
Pros: On water, private beach, full amenities, very comfortable.
Cons: Food prices were too high and they charge a service fee of 10% to every bill which is not the tip.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, generally very good, friendly service. Expensive I am afraid, particularly the pool bar and restaurant- but overall, pretty good for a few nights stay
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Fabulous pools and beaches.
Cons: Relatively small issues. First, there is a seaweed problem during the summer in Barbados. Rather than simply rake it every morning (or night), the Hilton chooses to ignore it. As a result, no one (or almost no one) used the beach.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Snorkeling at a nearby beach was great! We saw many fish of various sizes and many sea turtles. 5 minute walk from hotel.
6.0 Good
Pros: Beach
Cons: Food was ordinary
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are lovely spacious and clean, enough room for the 4 of us. Kids felt safe around the property. Lovely breeze on the beach and we really enjoyed the happy hour! Bob is amazing he’s the lifeguard there and he took my son surf boarding which he loved.
Cons: Nothing all good

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location! Beautiful beach and within 10 minute drive from St.Lawrence Gap and all the restaurants.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: The bathroom could use some updating in the tub/shower area. Particularly at the seams. The plumbing was less than desirable. Seemed like you needed a minimum of 3 flushes. I was NOT impressed by the wait for clean towels/washcloths.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Close to the ocean
Cons: Nothing very disappointed for the cost, not clean, cockroaches, food was terrible
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and the balcony with this amazing view is what sold me , a big thanks to manager on dutty she did excellent customer service and if I will back to Barbados I will stay here again.
Cons: Small incident upon check in around 7 pm I arrived from a long tour and I entered the hotel with a smile on my face and the lady in the front desk treat me like I'm nothing she was rude and disrespectful, I'm not sure why such 5 star hotel keep such a person who is the first impressions for the guest upon arrival. And I would rate the hotel 10 but because of her I rate 9
7.5 Good

5.0 Okay

7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was accommodating and helpful .. definitely would stay again. Liked that it was off the main road and convenient to eating areas and places to visit
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The bed were comfortable .
Cons: Late Night staff was not helpful. We were told of last-minute, charges. However, we were so tired that we just paid the fees to go to sleep. When we arrived 4 or 5 men waiting around the reception area in uniforms. However, none offered to help.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The beach is lovely. The room was clean and had a good view from the balcony. Breakfast includes some local foods.
Cons: Reception area and lobby not even close to expected standard. No pleasant area to sit. The bar is not nice and there is no table service. The restaurants are very disappointing. The 'beach captain' for beach towels was never at his station. Hotel needs to make a big step up in terms of sustainability practices: plastic straws, too much plastic in the bathroom amenities, plastic utensil with food from the nasty Neptune food service. Of course, they will tell you that changing your towels and bed linen every three days is a sustainable practice, but we all know this is simply a huge cost saving for the hotel - not about sustainability at all. Pool is small. The place looks half abandoned

Pros: One of the best beaches on earth.
Cons: Customer service is spotty. Some staff great, some awful
7.0 Good
Pros: I loved the view of the ocean from my room. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The manager, he was very accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms. Overall, I thought it was an average hotel. Really need some updates.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, impeccable service and on-site restaurants and grocery
Cons: No
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Love The Crane! Our third year in a row that we have visited The Crane. Love the staff, the facility and the location. The beach is lovely and the waves are beautiful.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Hotel charged my credit card 50% more than the agreed rate (after taking into account my spend during stay) and have since ignored my attempts to contact for a refund.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location and beach.
Cons: Room facilities too old and outdated, especially the garden furniture. Shower also very old and difficult to use. Construction works during day ruined rest at room. Food at restaurants also very poor. Certainly not worth the money charged.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful quiet location. Great rooms. Great facility.
Cons: The on site restaurants were not as good as the ones we went to in other areas of islands.
4.6 Okay
Pros: If you need to get to the airport quick, then a very good location. Everything else is a bit of a distance.
Cons: For a 5 star hotel, this hotel was poor all round. They charge for a bottle of water, no minibar in the room, no additional charger converted plugs available, the beach looked nothing like the photos, there was a bad smell and tons of sea weed everywhere, breakfast was average and they were charging for a one hour late checkout, without even trying to accommodate or be helpful. Poor experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall amazing experience. Staff were excellent. Food was great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well kept property. It was sprawling with many swimming pools, several restaurants, as well as a 'Village' with shops and a convenience store. The staff were courteous and helpful, the wait staff perhaps more so than the front desk. (Hats off to Peter Felix!)
Cons: The beach has choppy waters. It's fun for some activities but not if you want to swim. During our stay, it was full of seaweeds. The staff cleared them in the morning but the seaweed returned by mid-morning. The hotel has ongoing construction. Some rooms will be affected by the noise. The kitchenette was equipped minimally. Just two of knives forks and spoons, a couple of pots/pans; but no spatulas!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly welcoming staff
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Aggressive staff, poor service and disappointing over all experience. The sun loungers were poor and very uncomfortable
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beach, location
Cons: The beach is beautiful and the location is perfect. Close to good restaurants. The hotel was okay for our two night stay. The food was not great at the hotel and the service extremely slow. I would definitely upgrade to an ocean view room.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Need more entertainment
4.0 Okay
Pros: Too pricey, the hotel looks old, needs an update
Cons: The service, the rooms
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great location on Accra beach
Cons: Desk staff can be overbearing and less then polite, rooms are mediocre and a little cramped. TV's dont work, ice machines dont work and generally theres a sense that the place is a little neglected.
7.0 Good
Pros: The beach was lovely high waves slight current but beautiful. If you walk down to the lifeguard station it is better. The room, for the most part, was clean however needs updating especially the shower 1st day no hot water (had to complain but they said it was a entire island issue ). 3rd day there was a flood right outside my room due to the huge rainstorm. The people were amazing from the guests to servers. Waking around as a solo traveler I felt safe and went out often. The hotel could use a nice renovation upgrade but for $$ it's with a go.
Cons: There was no hot water 1st day and flood outside my room. However, it just can an upgrade and some renovations in the rooms to liven them up
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is amazing as you are pretty close to Bridgetown ( a slow 1 hour meander on the boardwalk) near to food and drink outlets and directly on the beach
Cons: The lack of water pressure, some of the rooms do not have balconies and sometimes the maid cleaning can be a bit hit or miss
7.0 Good
Pros: The pool and beach area are lovely. The breakfast and lunch food is very good but relatively expensive
Cons: There were a lack of umbrellas by the pool. It wasn't clear when I booked the room that I wouldn't have a balcony.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well kept, excellent staff and service. The food was good and reasonably priced. The spa was excellent. The hotel staff was caring , attentive and informative.
Cons: It needs some upgrades

7.0 Good
Pros: Going to Seabreeze for the day excursion. Comp breakfast was good.
Cons: The staff was generally friendly, however the night clerk who was working on my checkout Jan 18th, 2020, was incompetent in adding up my bill correctly and called me at midnight in my room to discuss it which I thought was inappropriate. He had to compute my bill twice and I have two print outside, he added tourism fund charges that I had not agreed to. The property was a bit noisy due to construction going on next door.

Rostrevor Hotel is 15 minutes from both the airport and Bridgetown.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: I liked my oceanview room however cleanliness was an F in my books due to the mold I found the next day on my pillowcase
Cons: My room was not ready when I arrived at 4:00 . The brochure clearly states check in at 3:00. I also chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. After contacting and emailing this hotel several times, we were not able to book the shuttle. There was no response from the hotel, and or return email after leaving several messages.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast and the staff
Cons: The noise at night
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, stunning views from the room, lovely private beach.
Cons: Perhaps a touch over priced for the quality of fixtures/fittings. Didn’t like that many residents reserved loungers but didn’t show up to use them before lunchtime. Could have provided a few welcome items in the kitchenette.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Beach Access
Cons: two separate beds made to be one. Felt the space inbetween
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely sea views, little beach (for bathing, not suntanning as to small), clean pool. Wide single beds, good sized room. Helpful and friendly staff. Beach towels provided, and fresh ones whenever you need them. Although on the main strip, we didn't find it loud enough to keep us awake.
Cons: The floor wasn't cleaned/swept daily which I found a bit odd. Would be good to have a washing up brush (and not just a cloth). Missing vegetable peeler - so bought one.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location Sea views from balcony
7.0 Good
Pros: Location , view and staff were good, must admit the dinner at the recommended harlequin restaurant as they dont have dinner facilities at the rostrevor very disappointing, Not sure how the prices are justified, poor value, we tried , bajan hot pot, sooo soooo bad!, and also thai curry, please do not make the same mistake we did.
Cons: The breakfast was repetitive, very little variety, also bed and breakfast deal only gave you up to 52 dollars to spend at breakfast and a full English breakfast cost 32 dollars each so you would have to spend an additional 84dollars minimum if a couple had a full English everyday for a week. Not great value.

1.0 Poor
Pros: very nice helpful staff
Cons: The huge number of pidgeons in the eating areas. Most unhygenic. During the daytime it was like a Hitchcock film. I will never return.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay superb birthday. I could not speak highly enough about the staff. The customer service is consistent from the guys at the beach Romian to bar man Marion .The lovely professional waitress big warm hearts and big smiles Kay,Sonja, Lovely Mya, Beverley, Tanisha,Lasonta,Shenika. I will definitely come back and reccomend this resort . I see why other guests l have met keeps coming back.
Cons: There was nothing not to like about the resort.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room appeared to be recently remodeled. We had the last room oceanfront top floor (3rd) room, furthest from the bar and restaurant. I don't think that we could have a better room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and clean. All of the staff was terrific and friendly, but there were a few standouts (Shamia - Can do wonders with the limited options beyond Rum, Cheryl Ann- Ready to make your dining experience effortless and Darian on the beach at the right time with just the right drink!)
Cons: I would have appreciated knowing that the parliament building and its museum were closed on Tuesday. The shuttle to Bridgetown was offered by the hotel on Tuesday and Thursday, but no indication that the only thing to do in town would be Duty-Free (which is no financial value to anyone in the US). A waste of 4 hours.

Pros: This was a relaxing quiet locations.

Pros: Nothng
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and hotel were quite clean. The room was very comfortable and the a/c was perfectly set. The front desk staff were helpful. The hotel is within comfortable walking distance to popular restaurants and hangout spots such as Blakeys.
Cons: There is no formal bar or restaurant at this hotel, just a mini bar of sorts and a space to sit and have breakfast and light meals. There is a beach across the street but no lounge chairs and umbrellas, so we took about a 12min. walk to Pebbles Beach which is very nice. I believe the hotel does have a shuttle on a Sunday to Carlyle Bay but this should be done daily.

Pros: The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The amenities were exceptional.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s location. Pleasant staff.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is located very near to a nice restaurant - BUZO
Cons: The price paid for the room was high due to seasonal pricing. The rooms were not what we booked - we did not get the KING w/ balcony. The sheets and towels were worn and thin. We simply felt the standard was below what one would expect for the price but you were somewhat held to ransom due to it being New Years Day. The hotel should be awesome throughout the year and it wasnt.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and courteous. Place is located perfect
Cons: I believe the staff can share more information to help us save. Had I known I could have paid half the price for the room to check out late I would not have book for 1 more night. Not nice

7.0 Good
Pros: Average for price
Cons: Wasn’t over impressed with the evening meals , pool depth was confusing even tho it was marked we did not understand the units. Used, Location of the hotel was a bit out of the way if one wanted to eat elsewhere you had to take a bus or taxi
6.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is good some of the staff were tentative and I felt safe.
Cons: Staff doesn’t smile and greet the guest ... they just look unhappy with a straight face ..... the WiFi is bad need stronger WiFi and better hot water some days my water won’t get hot at all ..... and the parking!!!! the lines to divide the parking space, you can not see which cause guest to part in 2 spaces.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: The property is a bit dated
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was A1.
Cons: The water heater system didn't seem to be working too well.
6.0 Good
Pros: rooms rundown but comfortable
Cons: nothing much to keep you entertained I spent more time at the bar at the Barbados beach club
7.0 Good
Pros: The room service was good, so too is the accommodation.
Cons: The day we arrived the lunch was good. the following morning for breakfast, my wife was served a glass of juice for $6.00. But it was not a glass but a plastic or some other material which had a crack at the bottom and the area where one would put their mouth was well pick up any and inspect and you will see. And the receptacle for the juice was small. The bfast was not good for $26.00. therefore we did not return. I must say it is difficult for me to appreciate why a restaurant who i imagine will like to get a good rating and will like guest to return, would serve your guest juice in such receptacle.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and rooms were clean
Cons: Somewhat hard to find.
7.5 Good
Pros: Perfect for an overnight stay
Cons: Sight Outdated however this is reflected in the price great value for one night airport stopover I wouldn’t book as a vacation personally

Pros: Loved it! It was my birthday - we were upgraded to better room with the bottle of champagne and received present from resort management! Thank you for making it special. Extremely clean, very helpful staff and the great beach. Great location - 20 min want to fish market and a supermarket. The hotel also helped us to rent the car - they deliver car to the hotel and we just drop the car key at the front desk. We did not book all inclusive, had everything we need in the room.
Cons: nothing
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: It was so noisy that one couldn't sleep.
7.0 Good
Pros: The restaurant by the beach and the beach facilities
Cons: The live music in the evenings was just too loud, very intrusive even with balcony windows closed it was too much. Not many seemed to be enjoying it yet it. Also strange variance in the staff, some lovely and friendly but one notable exception was the barman who was very aggressive and confrontational.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly family run hotel. Well located between St Lawrence Gap & Oistins (both walkable)
Cons: View from ground floor room was a little restricted
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The beach was amazing, we haven’t seen a significantly better one on the island. Free equipment like boogie boards, sun umbrellas, sunbeds etc. was very convenient. The room was clean and contemporary. The balcony had a pretty pool view (and even a bit of sea) and it was shady in the morning, so it was nice to have breakfast there. The restaurant was not too pricey, but don’t expect extraordinary food. The concierge was helpful in booking tours around the island. The hotel is right on the beach, which is amazing. Bridgetown is 30 min away by public transportation, which runs regularly even on Christmas Day.
Cons: The main inconvenience we have encountered is the music played in the evenings by the pool. It was very loud, one could still hear it with the balcony doors closed and earplugs in. I appreciate the entertainment provided at the hotel, but one must have a choice whether to join the party or not. Even though it ended at 10 p.m., being jet lagged after a transatlantic flight I’d like my peace and quiet in the evenings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, in between Oistins and St Lawrence Gap. This hotel has the best staff and a very happy happy hour
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beachfront, nicely laid out, comfy, clean.
Cons: It does not protect the guests from taxi overcharging - the only country I've been to (and I've been to many) where taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is cheaper than from the hotel to the airport!! Taxi overall is expensive, and there are no cheaper alternatives for families. Ocean waves were all the time too choppy to swim. Hotel could use renovation.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: very nice hotel. great location. nice size rooms, lovely terrace. would definitely stay again.
Cons: wish my room was ready sooner. i called ahead but room was still not ready when i got there not a deal breaker but literally had to wait to 15 minutes before check in. they provided refreshing drinks while we waited. face towels were given some days some days not, that was weird.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and efficient. Superb location. Excellent food.
Cons: No lift
8.8 Excellent
Cons: There are no elevators so those on higher floors had some exercise before reaching up. This would be difficult for elderly and physically challenged people

Pros: The wait staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was immaculately clean And the personnel friendly & helpful.
Cons: Golden Sands has VERY limited menu choices and we ALWAYS had a long wait for our meals even though there seldom were other diners. On 2 separate days I requested my side order be removed from the bill because it was cold when it finally was served
