Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the airport and convenient shuttle service. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with several highlighting the overall cleanliness of the property. While some guests appreciated the friendly service, others reported mixed experiences with staff attitude and customer service. Breakfast received neutral feedback, with some enjoying it and others expressing disappointment. A recurring negative was the unexpected or high parking fees, which several guests found frustrating. Overall, the hotel is well-regarded for its location, cleanliness, and comfort, but could improve on service consistency and parking policies.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Great hot breakfast, friendly staff, convenient check in and check out.
Cons (-) None
Cons (-) Woman was breast pumping in lobby and screaming at the staff. For a long time. I would’ve had the police escort her and her drinking friends off the property. Her type of clientele wants me not too come back. She was even disgusting at the breakfast room the next morning.
Pros (+) Good Breakfast. Very Clean
Cons (-) Nice attention
Pros (+) Derek at the front desk was very pleasant and accomodating. He provided us with excellent service! Thank you!
Cons (-) N/A
Pros (+) Breakfast was served from 6am which was perfect for our early checkin at the airport. But how disappointing the hot items tasted like they had been reheated from the morning before so we left hungry. Such a shame as the staff and our room were great.
Cons (-) Breakfast
Pros (+) The room was very clean with modern decor. The front desk staff were extremely helpful by checking us in early as well as recommending restaurants. The hotel overall is very nice and I would definitely recommend and I plan on staying again.
Cons (-) Nothing!
Pros (+) convenient location, nice breakfast
Cons (-) very noisy from ice machine and either elevator or water pump
