Cons:I made reservations to spend one night and leave the car there for 9 days on line . I had a confirmation. When we got there I was told they don’t do extended parking during the holiday oler the manager. So we had to go back out and find a remote parking lot to be able to leave the car. We were leaving early in the morning for a trip to Seattle to visit my very sick sister. They should not have confirmed my reservations if they were planning to not honor it.

Pros:Hotel is clean and comfortable. No problems at all.
Cons:The airport shuttle SHOULD have been 3 minutes. Instead, they routed our nearly full bus around to the far end of the airport to pick someone up at the small-plane facility. Of course, after all that, the person wasn't even there. It was then ANOTHER 10 minutes back to the hotel, for a total of over 25 minutes. All this at 11pm.
Pros:The entire staff was awesome and accommodating with my families situation. Elliot from housekeeping was very professional and understanding of my families needs and situation. I highly recommend this hotel for its staff and cleanliness. Five Stars in my book :)
Cons:Not much bad to say only that the bathroom needed a vent and the cigarette recepticals need to be moved out away from next to the door. One was burning and giving off a bad smell
