Pros (+) Incredible experience. Staff was so helpful. Heard a guest complaining about the internet access and I wanted to chime in and tell her “you’re welcome”.

Pros (+) I liked the location. Easy access with the beach near by and other activities like the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row.
Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable! They gave us a room that was specific to ADA standards which wasn't too big of an issue but the bathroom was a little jenky with their attempt to make it ADA compliant....
