Staff was extremely helpful and nice. I will stay there again!!!

Pros: Front desk staff very friendly.
Cons: Strange smell upon arrival to 'freshly cleaned' room-like that of a sweaty hiker. Absolutely NO sound insulation: a room full of small children above us made our ceiling vibrate and shake with loud booms echoing for half the evening. We could clearly hear conversations and bodily noises from countless people in rooms adjacent while in the bathroom.

Pros: It was very close to a good BBQ place
Cons: The hotel was under major construction, when got there the elevator was not working, it was dirty on the corridors and had to maneuver in between buckets and tools with the luggages. In my opinion this should not be happen, they should have lock the construction area completely. Plus they should clearly declare that this is happening in the hotel right now before booking so I have a chance to book elsewhere...

Cons: Worst hotel stay experience ever. Rooms are nasty, sink broken , no hot water, doors are all peeled paint, carpet stinks and not even vaccumed. Don’t get fooled by free breakfast as one person will be watching u over while u eat and what they serve is not even considered breakfast so don’t even think of having breakfast here and ruin your morning. 3.4 Mediocre
Cons: Room looked like it was in the 50' s. Sink outlet was broken. No safe. Breakfast juice/coffee cups were small styrofoam, And I accidentally touched my wife's cup of juice and spilled it on her. Since I had already checked out, I asked the manager if we could use the restroom to clean up my wife. He responded NO. After my pricy payment for the room, he would not offer to do anything to help us. He left us stranded and appeared he could care less. Sorry Roadway......no more nights with you......!!

Pros: There was really close to Antelope canyon. Workers were really nice and kind!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and newly painted room was clean and quiet. After reading past reviews, I did not expect such a nice stay. Maybe we got the best rooms.
Cons: Was a bit pricey for a Motel 6 in the middle of no where but all others were also expensive
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything you would expect from a budget motel.
Cons: Service could be a bit better but what it was what I expected for a motel 6.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good location. Good value. Room was clean and new. Staff did accommodate my request for extra pillows
Cons: Bed was poor. Pillows were poor. Staff was not all too friendly at checkin, but seemed ok with me asking for pillows.
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: This hotel had no breakfast, the lobby smelled like a toilet, soap was the only hygienic item provided. We were awaken at 8am by a housekeeper knocking on the door and construction in the room across from us. Would have been nice to have been aware of this before they placed us in that room. I never understand why housekeepers knock on the door so early in the morning. Also. This room was WAY OVERPRICED!! $125 could get me a room at the Westin in Las Vegas. This place is a joke!!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We were expecting a little bit more of a run down motel being a Motel 6 but it ended up being very nice! It was very clean and the room was pretty modern and recently renovated.
Cons: The shower was a weird triangle thing and you were kind of right up against the shower curtain to be in the shower head spray. The beds were not the most comfortable either but they worked.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It's clean.
Cons: wifi in this hotel sucks!!!! wifi in this hotel sucks!!!! wifi in this hotel sucks!!!!
5.3 OK
Pros: Location
Cons: We were to get a smoke free room, it wasn't. The odor,of the room was horrible and not just smoke. We opened the window and turned on the air conditioning to help get rid of the smell but that didn't work. The room wasn't the only bad smell, as you walk outside the room it engulfed you.The worst night.ever spent.

Cons: We stayed for 2 nights at Motel 6 Page AZ and our stay was extremely sad and un-happy due to the way motel 6 is maintained. 1) On our first night we slept at 8 PM coz planning to get up early but woke up at 10 PM because group of Asian folks were having party in hallway. Could hear loud music, shouting, laughter and bottle noise. I called front desk then noise disappear only to return in 15 minutes. At mid-night I confronted partying guest they went in their room but loud chinese music kept playing arrgggggggghhhhhhhhhhh. 2)During all this commotion I went to use restroom only to find out there were roaches all over. My wife totally freaks out looking at one but this shows how poorly maintained hotel rooms are. We doubt they even replace bed sheets after guests are left. We took pictures of roaches crawling. 3)On second night to our shock we found out our room was flooded with water. Some of our luggage got soaked in the water. I talked to front desk told them they were like it is pretty common issue it happens and gave us another room. 4) There is no sign anywhere it shows where is the front desk. We kept going round and round eventually found door to enter which was back door and reached front desk. We told them we could not find your front door the lady behind the counter gave us look as if we are talking in french and told us what is this. We were like from outside we cannot make out where is the front door she rolled her eyes and we were like forget it. This will be the final time we will every stay at motel 6 ever.

Pros: Six of us stayed at Best Western Plus at Lake Powell for one night, we all enjoyed for its cleanness, friendly staff, good breakfast.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Loved the continental breakfast layout... they had sausage links, pancakes, cereal, eggs, salsa, bread for toast, coffee, etc... The hostess did acknowledge that their wifi was intermittent and suggested to use the front lobby for better internet access if needed. The beds were very comfy.
Cons: Warning: Our room door wouldn't close shut all the way unless someone made sure it did. When we got to our room the door was cracked opened a bit. Didn't need the key to get in, but once in, we made sure the door closed all the way.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: We were on the top floor. Nice and quiet. Convenient to Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Horse Bend, and the North Rim. The newly remodeled room was quite a bit nicer than my son's room on the second floor (not yet remodeled?). I'd stay here again.
Cons: The room had been sprayed with something like FreeBreeze to the point of being overwhelming. We had to open the window for a few hours to get the smell out. After that, the newly remodeled room was very nice. The beds were a bit hard, though. Breakfast was OK, but better than most. The TV aspect ratio was stretched and with the "renter's remote control", there was no way to change it.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Loved the breakfast and location! The rooms were nice as well.
Cons: The wifi is really slow
5.4 OK
Cons: poor wifi booking system down woken up by neighbor from 1:00 till 3:00 am.
4.5 OK
Pros: Good location to lake Powell
Cons: Staff were not customer service focused at all. Slow check in and breakfast processes.

Pros: Really satisfied service and reasonable price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Me and my mom stayed for 1 night at this hotel. The location is on top of the hill overlooking the dam and the golf course. The rooms were clean, did not have carpet which i liked. Breakfast is included which is a plus considering the the amount of food items were large. They also have a pool and hot tub which we did not utilize. We left a light on in my car and so it wouldnt start in the morning. The receptionist called her husband to jump start my car as they did not have cables at the hotel. Loved that gesture. I will forever be grateful for that. Highly recommend the hotel.
4.8 OK
Pros: Good location with nice view of dam and Lake Powell.
Cons: Room tile floors were dirty and not pleasant to walk on. First floor was one level down from check in; no signs to tell you where to find your room when you get off of the elevator. Got charged for a "no show" in May 2017 despite having a cancellation number. Had to argue several times for a refund which they finally gave us.
6.8 Good
Cons: Very poor insulation all the way around! Big gaps under the door and on the sides, thin walls and windows!
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Great location
Cons: Our room smelled strongly of body odor when we arrived. Got different information from different staff about whether we could have late check out (first staff member said "late check out was not allowed, period" and that turned out to not be true). Thin walls and/or poor noise insulation - could hear a lot of noise coming from lobby and hallway.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I read a lot of good reviews and every single one of them lived up to it. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. We loved the complimentary breakfast, nothing fancy but straight up and exactly what we needed to start of the day. Page is a cute little town and would love to visit again, and when/if I do I would definitely stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was welcoming and it's clean and convenient!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: everything else was fantastic
Cons: did not have Native American corn mush as promised
5.4 OK
Pros: The breakfast was good and having a sliding glass door allowed is to put our dog outside easily.
Cons: The rooms were kind of trashy. The toilet was clogged.
5.7 OK
Pros: The location was great and view was great!
Cons: Couldn't see the view because the sliding door was so dirty from the sprinklers spraying it. Couldn't use patio because sprinklers sprayed us and the towels we set out to dry. The locked patio door had a slight gap in it and the sprinkler water was getting in so carpet was soaking wet by door. Every day our room keys didn't work so we would have to go get it re-activated. Staff was not very responsive when we brought up these issues. Lived with wet carpet, bad room cards and no use of patio for 3 days.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Size of room and bed.Decent selection for breakfast. Corridors could do with being brightened up
Cons: Outside patio area had not been cleaned for some time
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Large, comfortable, well appointed rooms. Love your waffle bar at breakfast!
Cons: We were a group of cyclists ( bicycle riders) and we rode from Kanab to Page, arriving at the hotel at noon. We understand that check in is at 3:00 p.m. It sure would have been nice if your staff could have accommodated us as we were hot, tired, dirty, and had to wait in your lobby until 3:00 p.m. It was well over 100 degrees by the time we rode into Page. Find it hard to believe that a room was not cleaned and ready. We can appreciate "policy" but as a business, we think you should understand "taking care of the customer".
5.7 OK
Pros: The location is good. You can see the canyon from the window. Breakfast has good choices.
Cons: There is one staff who is very unfriendly. We had trouble with wifi and she refused to provide any help as she has no issue on her end. Also, when I checked out, she took the key and said nothing..... Even didn't say "you are all set"... The room design is very weird, and all pillows are not in the regular shape, which is not very comfort to sleep on.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Probably nicer than sleeping in the bushes.
Cons: Stained carpets. Shower that doesn't drain. Toilet that almost stops up from just pee. The whole place smelled like food, even the rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the breakfast area. Breakfast was ok.
Cons: They charged extra for meat with breakfast. Bed wasn't that comfortable.

2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast. Convenient location.
Cons: Dirty room, dilapidated furnishing, requested receipt & told it would come via e- mail. None received. Barking dogs in cars in parking lot, bikers firing up Harley's at 7AM, bugs, electrical receptacles overloaded.
4.5 OK
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING! They didn't even have switches for the lights. They had electricians come in and work in the room for 20 minutes before they figured out how to get the lights working.
6.2 Good
Pros: good price ok rooms and location
Cons: parking
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location.
Cons: The rate was way too high for this property. Many upgrades are needs from the floors to ceilings and everything in between. He lobby is in very poor shape and the breakfast area is terrible as is the breakfast offerings. Will not stay here again at this Windham Travelodge property.
