Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and generally friendly, helpful staff. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting well-maintained rooms while others report issues with hygiene and room upkeep. Breakfast and meals are considered adequate but lack variety and quality for some. Bed comfort is a recurring negative, with several guests finding mattresses and pillows uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel offers a good base with standout service and location, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and bedding.AI-generated from customer reviews
