Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the port, beaches, and restaurants. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several enjoyed the pool area. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms, and some guests found the breakfast disappointing. While some rooms were described as comfortable, others were criticized for being noisy, small, or in poor condition. Overall, the positive aspects centered on location, service, and the pool, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast quality.
