Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everyone was super nice, from the front desk and concierge to the restaurant staff and bar tenders! Even housekeeping was present and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we woke up so late! Cons (-) There really isn't too much within the day to day to make the hotel better. It's a very old hotel, but they do a decent job with keeping it up to clean standards. I'd recommend a full remodeling of the rooms and hallways, including the bathtubs in the bathrooms. They should perhaps replace them with showers. And they should replace the carpets in the hallways.
