Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to major attractions, metro stations, and restaurants. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, making guests feel welcome. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a strong point, with rooms and common areas kept tidy. However, several guests noted that the room sizes were smaller than expected, and some found the beds or furnishings uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for money and positive atmosphere left a favorable impression on most visitors.
