Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel's central location, proximity to attractions, and the friendliness of the staff. Many found the value for price to be good and appreciated amenities like the pool and breakfast, even if some were in neighboring buildings. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, noise from the street and thin walls, lack of elevators, and some maintenance problems. While the service was often described as helpful and welcoming, there were occasional complaints about rude staff and communication difficulties. The hotel is suitable for budget travelers seeking convenience, but those sensitive to noise or requiring elevator access may want to consider alternatives.
