Pros (+) Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location and basement parking easily accessible.
Cons (-) Lk can improve the time taken to check in and out. The rooms, whilst clean and tidy, are a bit tired. Incomplete renovations in the hall ways take away from some of the chalm.

Pros (+) The hotel is by the beach road, which make things easy for us to go from one point to another. The room is big and sutable for a couple. the breakfast is ok, staff are good and very helpful, but they are always run out of food.
Cons (-) The staff in the reception never smile at you and don't care that you are waiting for them to serve you even there is no one in front of you. Requested a non smoking room, but the room was smelly and I asked them to do something about it which they did but the smell came back again in a few hours.

Pros (+) Like the location, cleanliness, and breakfast.
Cons (-) I have stayed at this hotel annually for the last 5 years. This time when I checked out I was curtly advised I owed them a Baht 200 cleaning fee for wiping some spilled coffee with a hand towel. I was shocked and taken aback and told them I was an old customer but they insisted on charging this. I find this quite ridiculous and told them I would never return unless I got a refund and apology.
