Good clean car, but not was originally ordered.Pros:Quick service, no wait, clean car and courteous staffCons:Car was not what I asked for. They didn't have any other car available, other than their most expensive. The car was three times more expensive then the one originally picked. The GPS was non-functional due to it having no local maps loaded, and the Sirus Satellite radio didn't have a current subscription. I was really just paying extra for a car I didn't pick in the first place. I was unable to trade out later in the week due to there not being other cars available.Reviewed 8 Mar 2017

Unreliable bookingsCons:Plane was delayed 3 hours and on arrival they said they gave away car after 2 hours due to heavy rental demand. I was called on arrival and was told of this and when I went back on line, I was able to make a same day rental at same Payless car rental, but when I called again they said they don't have cars no matter what their reservation system was allowing. Go with more reliable car company unless you wanted to be stranded and disappointed.Reviewed 11 Sept 2016
