waited in line almost an hour to get the vehicle, very understaffed

Only one person was available to help multiple customers. Employee did not go over vehicle prior damages nor vehicle features with the customer. Drop off services were horrible. Employees at customer service phone number were not helpful nor could they answer questions to my problem.

The counter personnel provided me the wrong size of car and told me that it did not matter what u reserved. I reserved a mid size car ( Toyota corola) was given a Mitsubishi mirage hatchback.

After waiting 45-60 minutes to get to the counter, Payless did not honor the reservation made through this platform. They stated that they were short on cars, and not honoring reservations made through 3rd party platforms. Watch out!

They only had one person working the check-in desk, so we stood in line for 2 hours, with only 8 reservations in front us.

There was no one working at the desk. The employee at the Budget rental car desk told me the listing that I booked was not real and there were no cars available through Payless. I would like to be reimbursed for the car insurance that I purchased on the rental car through rental cover.com

Payless does not even operate out if that location. When I spoke to customer service on the phone they had no idea. I got to the rental location and end up being stranded there with no vehicle as the actual rental companies that operate out of the Pittsburgh airport were already sold out of cars. It seems that Payless created a bogus rental reservation for me for that location. When I told customer service they said that my reservation could be picked up from Avis, however avis said that was not true, they had nothing in there system, and they were sold out of cars already anyway. This situation caused me to be stranded in the city of Pittsburgh.
