I would not recommend this hotel. We had to change rooms three times because the bed linens were dirty. The bathroom was old and towels had stains. This will be the last time I book a stay at a Hyatt.

Pros (+) Staff was amazing!
Pros (+) Fantastic staff. Even with the renovations going on, the service was top notch and the front desk staff was so quick to meet our needs.
Cons (-) The rooms could use an update. facilities in the room for hooking up my laptop and charging (USB) were non-existent.
Cons (-) A bit pricey
Pros (+) Staff. Food. Location.
Cons (-) Rooms need remodeling in a big way. Bed was uncomfortable and the A/C did not work.
Pros (+) If you're attending a function at the convention center, this is the perfect hotel.
Cons (-) I wish that there was a small store for incedentals.
Pros (+) I do appreciate the employees and the easy access to many other attractions. That was nice
Cons (-) I did not like the actual bed and the sheets and covers. I must of woke up 6 -7 times. Sheets where not soft. They were hard and loud. The bed was noisy and felt old. Was not a comfortable sleep. Also. This is arizona the air is dry. Maybe giving complimentary waters would be nice. Not charge $5 per water bottle.
