We loved the friendliness of the staff - we were made to feel welcome from the outset. The rooms were spacious and warm, and the views were lovely both of the garden and the surrounding hills. The position of the Claymore at the end of the main street in Pitlochry was good. Breakfasts were excellent with a good choice of menu.
Fabulous and friendly greeting on arrival with full explanation of the local area. Very nice large room with good sized bathroom. Made special arrangements to give us a very early breakfast. Nice and friendly atmosphere .
Room & Breakfast was fantastic. Really friendly atmosphere. Staff were very efficiant.
We have visited Pitlochry on several occasions to attend the marvellous Pitlochry Festival Theatre. It is a beautiful place with lys of interesting shops and places to visit. The Claymore was situated at the end of the shops, but a lively walk from the theatre. The 4 poster room we stayed in was spacious, very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was lovely and atmosphere in the hotel relaxed. I would stay there again.
