Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions, food, and shopping. Several reviews highlighted the spaciousness of the rooms and the presence of kitchens as positives. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many guests, with repeated mentions of dirty conditions, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Service received mixed feedback: while some staff members were described as friendly and helpful, others were reported as unhelpful or even dishonest. Bed comfort and room comfort were also mixed, with some guests finding the beds comfortable and others describing them as uncomfortable or noisy. Overall, the positives centered on location and room size, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service consistency.AI-generated from customer reviews
