Pros (+) The room was nice there wasn't much wrong. Big screen tv was nice and the bed was comfy. Super affordable!
Cons (-) We checked in and the first room and it was ridiculously hot I'm talking 90 degrees so we decided to leave and come back to let it cool down. We left on the ac for 5 hours and it still was 90 degrees and then realized the shower was super dirty. I called the front desk and they let us switch rooms and the second room's ac cooled the room really well and the shower was clean! The staff was not very...

Pros (+) At the end of the day it was a clean room and a bed.
Cons (-) Don't expect anything nice with this hotel. Hasn't been updated in some time. While hotel is close to shopping centers like Walmart and IKEA it's about 15-20 min away from city so we found ourselves driving a lot every day to get to what we needed.
Pros (+) The facilities were somewhat new. It was close to Ikea
Cons (-) Walls are thin. We could hear people having sex above us every night. Some people weee constantly noisy throughout the night. So yeah, you hear every thing. The top bed sheets were dirty and stained. The bath tub was dirty. That couldn't be helped as the bottom was porous. They held back on towels and bath items. Make sure to ask for extra at the reception desk.
Cons (-) The entire hotel reeks of smoke!!! I don't mean just a hint, you can smell wherever you are. Would not stay here again.
Pros (+) Location is great, near airport,shopping and places to eat.
Cons (-) After three attempts to get a room that was acceptable, it was apparent I had chosen the wrong property to stay at. The front desk clerk was not even apologetic about my finding the first room HVAC system torn apart and the second room carpet wet from a leaking unit, and third room so too musty from obvious leaks onto the carpet.

Pros (+) The price was really good for the area. The staff were nice and accommodated two adults with two young adult children with bikes and such (college move in trip).
Cons (-) There was no gym or exercise room/equipment. The family that owns the hotel apparently live on the second floor so we had pounding feet above our heads into the evening and early in the morning. We also found a few dead roaches in the room...they were dead, which was good but it would have been nice to have them cleaned up before we got there.
