Pros: The room was amazing! Best price, location, and comfort. Has free parking for hotel guests which is amazing since most parking in Pittsburgh is valet or pay to park. Pros: The staff seemed nice. And I do need to point out that I didn't complain while I was there about any conditions, I'm a very introverted person and it is hard for me to have conflict with strangers.

Pros: We stayed here the night before our flight to the Bahamas. We got in late and hadn't eaten, so the front desk attendant was able to suggest a place to order food. We had a drink in the bar while we waited and service was very good. They also scheduled our shuttle to the airport.

Pros: I checked out the reviews before booking as I always do, making sure I'm getting good value for the money. A lot of the reviews were complaining about construction in the hotel. There wasn't any more construction when I stayed there in early October, 15, at least none that I saw. Everything looked newly renovated as well! The service was very very friendly as well. The cleaning staff is so nice! One lady asked my girlfriend and me where we were going because we looked so nice and that really helped kick off our amazing night. Overall great stay!
