Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location, beautiful property, and clean, spacious rooms. Many enjoyed the lush natural surroundings and unique blend of jungle and beach. However, several reviews mentioned issues with service, including slow or unfriendly staff, and problems with billing or reservations. Food quality and value for price were also common concerns, with some guests finding the restaurants overpriced for the quality offered. Overall, the positive atmosphere, excellent amenities, and well-maintained grounds stood out, making for a memorable stay despite some service and value drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
