Cons (-) My room had an extremely noisy bathroom fan and the shower did not drain properly, so I would stand in 3 inches of water at the end. There was no ice when I got in, so I turned on the ice-maker, which was very loud the first night. The noise from the adjacent rooms shower was a very high pitched squeal (they showered at 5am).

Pros (+) The room was very spacious. Liked the full kitchen, it's very helpful when traveling with children. Very quiet and relaxing at night, complimentary breakfast was great, convenient location with shops, theaters and restaurants within walking distance. The room was spot clean, overall a great experience.
Cons (-) The shampoo and conditioner didn't work for me and it would have been nice to see a little more color in the room(my personal preference).
