Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and spacious accommodations. The location was also highlighted as convenient by many reviewers. While several guests found the beds comfortable, there were some mixed opinions about bed comfort. Some negative feedback included issues with broken lifts, non-working room phones, and occasional noise disturbances, but the positives generally outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a pleasant choice for many visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
