Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Puebla's historic center and attractions. Many also appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Cleanliness is generally well-rated, with several guests noting tidy rooms. However, bed comfort is a recurring issue, with multiple reviews describing the mattresses as very firm or uncomfortable. Breakfast receives mixed to negative feedback, with complaints about limited options and extra charges for basic items. Despite some maintenance and amenity concerns, the hotel's location and service stand out as its main strengths.
