Pros (+) We had our wedding there... it was amazing! Everyone was extremely accomodating. The resort itself is very modern for a place in Cancun with nice bathrooms and more air conditioned areas than most. The food was actually quite good for an all inclusive, something that is rare (usually the all inclusives are quite bland).

Pros (+) Property was undergoing MAJOR construction and renovation when we arrived. I was not expecting to be ambushed with sales pitches the entire time either. They hounded us multiple times to come to their informational presentation so that we could learn about their other properties and the VIP area of the resort. Pros (+) The pool bar service staff (Polo or Marco) was excellent. The other staff was just OK ... but he made it work for us. Rooms Good. Food Good (Hamburgers GREAT), Pool Good. Wedding coordination seemed to go well for everyone. I like the Hotel Zone but this was a good alternative for us.
Cons (-) Beach was just OK but it works. Cleaning the Room seemed to be upon a call to Housekeeping. Location is OK - but improves if you visit Puerto Morales (FUN PLACE).
