Pros: Is great location with good views. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wonderful staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The open spaces, high ceilings, room floors and polite staff
6.2 Good
Pros: The staff was helpful and nice
Cons: They need to update the hotel a bit it's very dated it's like stepping into 1945. They need to make the hotel like Thr terrace they have on the very top there is a restaurant there and it's the only area of the hotel that I would consider a 5. Star.they should use the style of that restaurant for the entire hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: I thought that the staff were excellent.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Generro (spelling) at the front desk was wonderful. He made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel staff was superb. I would absolutely return.
Cons: The only downside was the Caruso restaurant. It was overpriced, the staff was horrible and the food was not good at all. The hotel really needs to start completely over. With so many wonderful options everywhere around you, avoid it at all costs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, position was perfect
Cons: Room balcony was a home for seagulls.
6.5 Good
Pros: Old. Needs a complete renovation of interior. Wi fi also needs to be updated and strenghthened. Location and rooftop restaurant are only selling points right now.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is breathtaking. Room with a view is a must to fully enjoy the spectacular surroundings and if that alone wasn't enough, the hotel staff work impeccably to make sure your staying is not just good they want it to be excellent. They certainly succeeded with us. Service second to none. Thanks
10.0 Excellent
Pros: In the last 12 months I spent 170 nights (!) at very good hotels! I therefore have the capability to compare hotels in 136 countries worldwide. This hotel is bombastic, wonderful, excellent and top class! Every single member of the staff is incredibly nice and cordial. Reception staff is so very helpful and nice! My room 318 was world class! Top design, wonderful bed, superb decoration, fairy tale views. If 100 points are possible I give 100. Because this is a superb hotel from A to Z! The location directly by the Mediterranean is so lovely! Decoration throughout the hotel is magnificent and very posh! Food is a dream! Breakfast contains a lot of spacialities from the area and it‘s simply top! Naples as a city has a bad reputation. If you get there you have no choice but loving this city! It has 100 wonderful places to see and I felt totally safe! My stay here touched my heart and I can only recommend you to go there and spend a most wonderful time! Naples is super great! Love it deep inside my heart!
Cons: Impossible not to like certain things here! All my life long I travelled to the best places all over the world. This hotel is love at first sight and a superb place!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was directly opposite the Castle d'ova and the hotel adjacent to the older part of town, making easy access to most sights. The staff treated us well and we had no issues with anything to do with the hotel.
Cons: Noisy street below but that was part of the charm of Naples. The breakfast was adequate; might have been improved by an omelette station, but that's somewhat counter-cultural in Italy. We also prefer anything to Nescafe.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the room decoration , the great location, helpful staff
Cons: nothimg
9.6 Excellent
Pros: perfect. I only wish we spent more time in the room as it was awesome. the breakfast was amazing.
Cons: it was all perfect.
7.7 Good
Pros: Triple was a great size for 3. They gave us a boxed breakfast to go as we left very early in the morning for a flight. Only stayed 1 night, but it was in a great location. Near lots of restaurants.
Cons: They need magnifying mirror in bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, a calm oasis in a busy, frantic city. The rooms are beautiful, our bed was enormous and extremely comfortable and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of options and beautifully presented. My husband and I frequently stay in 4 star hotels and often these are leaning towards the 3 star end however this hotel is definitely pushing closer to a 5 star and in terms of price it was one of the cheaper 4 star options that we looked into.
Cons: Other reviews have mentioned that the facade is somewhat dated, this is barely an issue. I would prefer a few scuffs on the wall if the rest of the hotel is in great shape and the rooms are large and comfortable!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location: 2 minutes from Toledo subway station. You can see the hotel from the exit of the station. There were many restaurants around the hotel and a small supermarket was located next to the hotel. The view from the breakfast room was fantastic. Room: It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Toiletries were minimum(shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel ans soap) It would be nice if a coffee maker or an electronic kettle was equipped at the room. Breakfast was good although the buffet menu was same everyday.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Located in center, got secure parking Very good rooms
Cons: Breakfast is extra cost
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, Italian food, restaurant on the top floor with a view to the Vesuvio. Nice staff, clean and a good service. Breakfast was a very nice start to the day!

7.0 Good
Pros: Small and nice hotel with friendly staff. Very close to the Cavalleggeri Aosta stop of the L2 railway line. The hotel has a small hall with bar, a relax area and new, even though small, rooms.
Cons: The area where it stands is not nice and there are few places to eat. The L2 line is not a metro line but a railway line running to the center every 20 minutes. After 10 p.m. the L2 line doesn’t reach the stop near the hotel and stops at the previous stop. From there you have to walk 15 minutes to reach the hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Staff exceptional and breakfast very nice. Location near a metro station therefore handy for tourism. Also lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
Cons: My only criticism could be that the cappuccino came from a coffee machine therefore the milk had the taste of powdered milk. I didn't ask but if not present a real cappuccino would have made the hotel too perfect! Also the location may not be good for some, we were visiting family nearby so this not an issue for us.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was nice and the staff was excellent! I chose the hotel because of the location close to an event I was interested in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was wonderful!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Access to metro and train. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful in all the meaning. Special thx to Alberto in front desk and his colleagues for all the support and charming welcoming.
Cons: I loved the hotels.. Just if they have a restaurant would be perfect. But there is many restaurants in walking distance

Cons: Nothing i disliked
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location. Very friendly staff. Clean and quirky. Just loved it. Will definitely come back. There are a lot of stairs to climb. But this was not a problem for us. Breakfast was varied and well worth the 5 euro
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing situated in the centre of the Historic District nearest one of the best Pizzerias (ll' President) and not too far from the ports, train station and the funicular. The property was kept to an immaculate standard and each room was well-designed and airconditioned, not to mention the property had an amazing balcony with lots of plants.
Cons: I only wished that there were more comfortable chairs on the balcony, honestly, that is it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property was quiet yet well placed in the bustling Centro Storico. The private sun terrace, the aircon and the ensuite shower facilities were our saviour in mid 30s temperatures. The attention to detail in the property was great, things were well thought out.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing old building. Beautifully decorated.
Cons: Lots of stairs but we were expecting this as the owners are very clear about it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Pros: incredible accomodation hosted by such lovely and genuine people. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic quirky and artistic edge. Free tea and coffee, and an incredibly clean shared bathroom!
Cons: Cons: That we didn’t stay longer! Also be aware of the 8 flights of stairs needed to be climbed to reach the top - not for the faint hearted! Owner was using a hammer to hang paintings at 11pm - strange ahah

10.0 Excellent
Pros: They saved me when I needed to check out of a horrible other place (Napoli Retro: horrendous!) and I should have simply booked with them from the beginning! Stunning building with marble, huge windows, everything is clean and fresh, the view of the piazza is pretty and you can get everywhere by walking. Plus at night it is super silent! A lot of privacy too and everyone was immensly sweet. 100% recommend!
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Good communication with the property owner and the check in was easy.
Cons: Noise from other units.

Cons: Could be a little noises.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very modern and clean! The balcony is very cute and the location is just perfect!
Cons: Very thin walls and maybe too much vinegar when washing the sheets/towels.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location Size of room
Cons: Reception staff not friendly One day room was only cleaned after 3pm
6.2 Good
Cons: They implied that breakfast was included then we got whacked for 27 a head on breakfast. Most expensive muffin I ever ate
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants
Cons: Seemed like one day this was a grand hotel. Today it's old and dusty. The room size was great but the sheets were rough and the hallways looked like they needed to be vacuumed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Sacrifice small accommodations for central location than this hotel is OK. Great breakfast buffet
Cons: Shower was really small
9.7 Excellent
Cons: The bed was not comfortable and the walls were thin. A lot of noise at midnight
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Old world charm and great location. Staff was very helpful.

8
9.1 Excellent (53 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Bedboutiquenapolicolors is centrally located in Naples, a 3-minute walk from Spaccanapoli and 14 minutes by foot from Naples National Archaeological Museum.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated in the most charming & ancient quarter of Napoli, I call it the pizza street (with the best pizzerias at few steps) :) The room was cosy, beautiful and spot clean. The host was extremely kind and helpful. I can only recommend you to take this hotel as it ticks all the boxes and beyond!! Many thanks.
Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean rooms. Very good localisation and ... Napoli... I recommend
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for the main sights of Naples and in a fun and lively area, full of cafes, restaurants, little shops. Meant we could return easily during the day to refresh, drop off any shopping, relax for a little while before going out again. 15 mins walk from the train station. Managed by two very nice, very helpful young people who were easily contactable by WhatsApp and responded swiftly.
Cons: A little noisy at times but being at the centre of such a great area more than made up for this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brigida number one!
Romeo Hotel - Naples - Building
9
8.7 Excellent (1,256 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Romeo Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Naples, within a 10-minute walk of Galleria Umberto and Teatro di San Carlo. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, limo/town car service, and express check-in. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A high class hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. Location is good with nice views of the port and mt. Vesuvius. Five minutes walk to San Carlo theater (City center), or to municipio or Universidad stations on the metro L1 line. Room was ample and very clean. Room service was very efficient with good food. The Michelin star restuarant was flawless. Spa facilities innovative and nice.
Cons: Spa treatment wasn't professional enough, according to our expectations.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I found location is very convenient and practically it has walking distance for lots of city’s bright spots. Excellent sound isolation for the road noise and modern design.
Cons: I wish air-conditioning to be adjustable in the room, rather than centralised.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Top class. Couldn’t have been more comfortable or convenient. Staff were excellent. Some lovely small restaurant nearby and easy access to the main sights. Oh, and the breakfast was really good, with fine views of Vesuvius.
Cons: Nothing.
6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel was nice- Modern and up to date
Cons: The neighborhood was terrible= Naples looked like it was rundown with crime from where this hotel was situated. The room was small and somehow, the shower opened directly to the bed. The lights in the room were on a sensor- so if you are showering and not moving, the lights shut off within 60 seconds. on my high standard, the hotel was essentially built to try and be a 5star, but failed to get there. the beds were terrible as well- 5 star hotel, i expect a queen or a king bed that is not a stiff European bed on a board. If you want a 5star luxury hotel, its not that. But it was nice.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The Romeo is an upscale, eclectic hotel, near the waterfront in Naples. The service is generally excellent, and the rooftop pool is unusual and not to be missed. The rooms are high tech, perhaps too much so.
Cons: The overnight shift at the front desk could use some retraining - indifference seems to be the primary attitude. Naples itself seems safe and is a vibrant city, but it sure is dirty and needs routine litter pick up and infrastructure maintenance.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The spa
Cons: The massage was shorter than I paid for die to lack of employees
7.9 Good
Pros: Room space Cleanness Stuff
Cons: The air conditioner won’t work in winter so you have to keep the windows open unless there is rain or street noise then your will literally sweat. And there is no ironing allowed in the hotel if you want to iron your clothes you have to give for laundry

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bed was really comfortable and the location is great. Hotel restaurant is pretty solid. Breakfast was amazing.
Cons: Parking is quite expensive and it took 15-20 mins to get the car back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room and great location. Staff also friendly and helpful, which is the most important thing in my view.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, if small. Very nice breakfast and bar area on the top floor.
Cons: The location on Piazza Garibaldi is convenient but has its drawbacks, number one being the loud and crazy traffic. The windows are good at blocking almost all the noise, but some gets through.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located near train station in Naples in a "rough" neighborhood, the hotel was a quiet oasis. Had early morning train to catch. Without asking the staff offered a bag breakfast to take on the train.
7.0 Good
Pros: the rooftop lounge has a great view and is a nice place to sit in morning or evening
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location near to the railway station in Piazza Garibaldi. Fabulous breakfast in the rooftop bar/restaurant/rooftop terrace.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location in the middle of Naples. Main station, buses and metro very close. Hotel is stylish and especially like the rooftop area. The bedroom was clean and very comfortable;e with a bath too. They even provide bath salts on request! I would personally like to thank Monica & Giulioma for their help and insights into where to go etc and especially Monica's map of the city. HINT: We got a 3-day Artecard from a newsagent in the station. It was €32 each which includes entry to at least two tourist places i.e. Pompeii & Herculaneum both of which add up to over €25 plus it includes unlimited travel on the buses, metro & Circumvenusia train to Sorrento. Bit of a bargain really!
Cons: Nothing!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Roma where spacious. The location is good if you need to use the train ( It is located opposite the Napoli Centrale Station).
Cons: We had four rooms. One of the rooms had a bad smell. Thanks to the staff they changed it quickly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff kindness
Cons: Too noisy
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All staff were great, and very helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was 5 stars quality! Hands down the best experience I have ever had dining! Food was Bellissimo!
Cons: Noises on the street were a little loud in the middle of the night (can’t be helped though!) and the bed/pillows very firm/slightly uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect!
7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast and the staff very nice. They gave me a room upgrade
Cons: The carpet in the room, it’s smell terrible! Too much noise from the street! I couldn’t sleep! The mattress was not so confortable

5.0 Okay
Cons: The room is below the standard of Renaissance n Marriott, not worth for any penny. Poor service, poor wifi connection and charged €9 per day, no complimentary water in the room. The kettle is very bad condition to boil water, water boiled out of the kettle have white metal elements, scary. For sure not gonna come back again
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is best part of the stay, view on the rooftop is wonderful, a nice variety of food
Cons: bit expensive to valet parking, but that's ok
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was great.
Cons: Restaurant was terrible and overpriced. Very disappointing last meal In Italy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We’re just back home from Naples and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the Renaissance Naples Hotel. The hospitality and level of service were outstanding and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I sincerely believe excellent service starts from the top and with the personal example by the hotel manager Mr Pasquale Noli. A well deserved 10/10! Saul and Olga
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
7.5 Good
Pros: The rooms are clean, staff friendly and location is good.
Cons: WiFi isn’t for free and bad quality. That is no good value for money in this class of hotel.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Gym is not really in hotel and not available when needed. Hours on the facilities are not very convenient. Restaurant needs more options. Room was very small, compared to photos on website.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great hotel in a good location for getting around the sights of Naples. They have a fantastic selection of food at breakfast and very attentive staff. The bar staff were excellent and remembered what each of us were drinking. We arrived on my partner's 50th birthday and having let the hotel know, we had a bottle of sparkling wine in the room on arrival. It was a lovely touch. One day the room was very warm and reception said that as it was winter, the cold air wasn't on, but they dealt with this very well by getting the housekeeping to leave the window open and providing a fan. Overall a very good hotel in a great central location.
Cons: One thing that was a little disappointing was that the wifi isn't free. We paid for it one day and the signal wasn't very good so definitely something to improve on.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable good location
Cons: No air conditioning and told to open window. Room very hot. Breakfast disgraceful
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Most staff were efficient and friendly. Hotel is very clean and the view from the breakfast area is wonderful.
Cons: I booked a deluxe room but was told we got an upgrade to superior. I always thought a deluxe was better than a superior. The room was very small so I asked to be changed. The replacement room was bigger with a bigger bed but nothing special and the bathroom was very tight.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff go out of there way to assist you.
Cons: Bar and restaurant times in the afternoon. Although staff and waiter exceptional.
7.1 Good
Pros: Pros: The hotel is located near the Napoli Centrale station. The terrace view is nice. Cons: It might be a little difficult to find and you may have to make your way through the makeshift market to get here.
Cons: The single room is very small. This wasn't a four-star hotel experience for me at all.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: - The staff is super friendly and helpful. - Rooms are confortable and calm (I barely heard the street’s noise) - the location is great for the ones that want to explore Naples and its surroundings. As the hotel is close to the Garibaldi station: you can go in: 30min to Herculanum’s ruins, or 45 min in Pompeii (by train/Circumvesuviana) 10 min to the best pizzerias in the world (Sorbillo, Da Michele, Di Matteo) by walk 15 min to the Napoli’s port by walk
Cons: - There is no “view” even from the rooftop bar at the 5th floor (see picture)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and location. Close to the train and historic neighborhood.
Cons: Beds not overly comfortable.

Pros: It’s a beautiful historic building close to the city centre with an amazing rooftop. Very good value for the price. Highly recommended.

Pros: Location well, faculty well, staff is very nice
Cons: Shower in the room should be more private. But outside the hotel , surrounding near the hotel is not good.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Strategic position near the station Garibaldi and 30 minutes walking to Plebiscito’s square. Starting from the hotel it’s easy to visit everything. Good roof top view and great breakfast service.
Cons: The location. The street is thin but is very crowded during the morning.
San Francesco al Monte - Naples - Bedroom

Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. 9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous views, great breakfasts, friendly staff.
Cons: Quite far from the centre.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Very weird vibe.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Is a different experience to be hosted in a Monastery
Cons: the location is really bad
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent views over the bay of Naples. Friendly staff and wonderful food in the restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: loved the Hotel. beautiful and amazing view
8.6 Excellent
Pros: The view is incredible; so is the building, which retains lots of its historical charm. The breakfast is ample and well done on a huge terrace overlooking Naples.
Cons: They play pop and elevator music pretty loudly at the pool during the day. The internet service requires that you re-enter the password constantly. Both of these things were pretty annoying.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is an amazing, historic piece of art in and of itself, and the views are incredible. Waking up to a sun-soaked view of Mt. Vesuvius, in a monastery built into the cliff itself... that novel writes itself. There are many really interesting historic rooms in the hotel you can tour, plus the general vibe you get from your room. The bathroom was beautiful, and I loved opening the windows and overhearing beautiful music (probably from the hotel restaurant, but I wasn't sure). For the kind of hotel and room I received, the price was very reasonable. (Note: I visited in early February, which I assume is very off season). I ate at the restaurant once for dinner and thought it was quite delicious.
Cons: The location is a gift and a curse. You have incredible views, and easy access to tourist places/museums on the top of the hill. But that means you are walking down and up very steep, curvy roads to get to the other major sites to see. It's decent if you are young or in good shape. But it does make it hard to just 'pop by the hotel' if you forget an item or want to take a nap or change clothes. Once you are out, you are OUT for the day, unless you want a 15 minute up-hill climb. Also, I may have missed it, but I didn't see an in room dining menu or easy directions on how to do it. There's a local law that you can't bring in outside food. That's fine most of the time, but with the steep cliff location... let's just say I went to bed early one night rather than go back and up the hill again for dinner.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, great view and roofterrace, nice beds so a very good night sleep! Great and very friendly staff. Great place in an old monastary
Cons: Unfortunately no hotelbar and no coffee/tea facilities in the room. The restaurant is expensive and not that creative for what you get: better have diner in one of the nice restaurants in town.
8.0 Excellent

Cons: The breakfest is a good starter.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone at Montespina was very kind, professional, available and ready to help when needed. Staff there is truly fantastic! The restaurant was good as was breakfast. We came in November so unfortunately couldn't use the amazing pool. This said, we very much enjoyed our stay (easy ride to Naples city centre with line 9, a short 10 min walk from the hotel).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast and great easy location. The front staff was very helpful on helping on my journey to a morning run. No night noises allowed me to rest really well.
Cons: The rooms need a little renoval and the shutters need to be more blackout. The outside lights were getting in easily.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly helpful staff and a comfortable bed.
Cons: Not safe to keep window open at night because of shutters so no fresh air while I slept increased the eerie feeling of staying in a fairly empty resort. The location is a bit far from anywhere.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was very clean, spacy and wifi very quick. Personel was very helpfull. Location was very nice. Although the entrance to the park was a bit hidden. For italian use: tall beds (1.90 and fitted well).
Cons: We orded diner in the restaurant arround 1900, food came quick but was cold and the taste was disputable. Although quite expensive, the food did not at all live up to the expectations.

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the breakfast, on the 6th floor with a terrace, food was lovely and always fresh ( absolutely not frozen croissants or cakes), a plus was the mozzarella and ricotta cheese, typical of the region, available at the buffet. Of course for tourists, scramble eggs and bacon are available upon request. The room was cosy and clean, not too big and no view, but that wasn’t important to us; we just needed to sleep at night! The staff is really professional, always kind, smiling and willing to help or giving info. At last the location, it’s 20 min walking from the central station or 2 underground stops away; the historical city centre is just next to the hotel: in 5/10 min via Toledo, piazza plebiscito, spaccanapoli or quartieri spagnoli
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Nothing
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: Doing construction outside, bar not open, location OK but not great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed with a group of friends and then one night on my own. Situated in a very old building with a traditional inner courtyard, the rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms and AC. A nice European breakfast is served with a variety of pastries, cold meats, fruit, yogurt and tea/coffee. It is self service. The receptionist was very friendly with somewhat limited English but we had absolutely no problem communicating. She was able to set up a taxi at 4am for some of our very early departures and made sure they could access the coffee machine! Has the added benefit of being steps away from Cafe Gambrinus, a famous spot for meals, pastries and gelato
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Themed rooms in a big traditional courtyard building. Thin walls. Comfy mattresses. We had a problem with the toilet continuously flushing but they fixed by the evening. Friendly, helpful staff. A little, local family trattoria and also a popular pizzeria just along the road. Walking distance to historic streets, piazza, metro etc
Cons: Thin walls meant it could be noisy with people coming in late.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bath in bedroom! Breakfast
6.0 Good
Cons: in some room there is not hot water
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room and then location was fantastic. Breakfast was a little disappointing but it would not stop us going back. The female staff have very little English so communication was hard when requesting a taxi booking.
Cons: Improve the breakfast offering

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice stuff. Quick check in. Very quite room.
6.3 Good
Pros: Renovated, new, spacious room. Friendly staffs, willing to help you.
Cons: It’s an old building without elevator; have to carry your bags and not good for your knee. Located in small alley; hard to find the place even the local taxi driver.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was superb, the breakfast lady more than nice. The rooms were clean und new! Perfect!

7.5 Good
Pros: The rooms have recently been refurbished to a good standard. The swimming pool was excellent. Staff at reception were overall friendly and happy to help. Spoke good English. Max (odd job man!) was excellent as he was happy to be our taxi (local beach and train station).
Cons: We had a room overlooking the main road which was a little noisy, was ok for me but if you’re a light sleeper, not so much. A car would be easier, but not impossible. Staff wanted us to use there car services for lots of money, but you can catch a bus and then metro to Naples for a fraction of the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool and staff were very good
Cons: There was not a lot of options for breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: The two gentlemen managing the reception area were very welcoming and friendly. Good parking spaces within the hotel. The bed is very comfortable however the pillows were way to soft and flat.
Cons: Rooms are not sound proof. Kept hearing loud noises coming from the other rooms in the middle night. We had to give them the key every time we had to leave the hotel. Regarding the breakfast it was ok, but very limited regarding choices.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stayed 1 night as had an early morning flight. Staff were lovely and helpful.
Cons: The roundabout by hotel. Very very busy
9.6 Excellent
Pros: - calm and very clean hotel - quality beds, sheets and furnitures - the cleaning is VERY good, I admire the ladies who do it - nice balconies for each room - safe and minibar are big enough - VERY polite english-speaking staff - good parking in the hotel, not on the streets around
Cons: - a bit industrial surroundings, so you need to have a car. Period. - often is used from locals for a quick "day rest", and girls in Naples are very noisy :-)
