Friendly people, always eager to help. We thought we would have internet in the room, but that was not the case. But the hotel people helped us to solve the issue in a very practical way.
The location and the pool and spa area. Very poor breakfast buffet and no hot food not even boiled eggs! One day I asked for eggs but they never arrived! The hotel was way under-staffed, presumably because it was the end of the ski season, it was very difficult to even order a drink in the empty bar!
The Alpine village feeling. location Most stores were closed on Sunday.
The room, staff, facilities, and resturant were excellent. It was the best place we stayed during our holiday in Bavaria. Not applicable
The wellness area was clean, spacious and nice. There were many different saunas to choose from. Staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were big enough. Nothing special
The hospitality of the staff, the facilities, the amazing breakfast, the huge roof garden stepping out of our hotel room, and the "look-and-feel" of a traditional old-style German hotel. Besides the bathroom, the rooms could use a makeover
Many good points, but we especially loved the leisure facilities, in particular the outdoor pool. Depends upon your preference, but it’s a very quiet village although we were happy with this.
Located in center of town. Wonderful service by staff. Beautiful old hotel with updated baths, elevators, good parking.
other than the negatives below i found everything else to our liking, especially the facilities. i did not think that the bedding was appropriate, that is, feather down, as i suffer from asthma (as i would of thought quite a few of your guests would be as well). However, i was given alternative bedding. The bar was not open on the day of our arrival (sunday). Would be nice to have english speaking channels on the tv other than CNN.
Amazingly clean, quiet and friendly. Everythign is very new! One of the best hotels we stayed at in Europe. Perfect location, right in the center of town, however it's still so quiet. And the shower drains! The breakfast was very filling and included in the price of the room. Located withinin walking distance of the Festsaal. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
El personal molt amable. Very friendly staff.
Very nice hotel - nice breakfast and very helpful staff
Excellent location in the centre of the resort, though rooms facing the main road are noisy. very good breakfast, with possibility to eat on the terrace/great mountain views. best thing for us:visitor pass, which gives you free admission to the swimming pools (in and outdoors) for every day of your stay. very nice atmosphere in town, truly holiday destination the noisy room (buses, tractors etc start driving by your window at 6 am..)and the very noisy bed. we woke each other when we moved in bed at night.
Beautiful surroundings. Friendly people. Excellent food. n/a
The hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. The facilities were first class and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is a little outside of town so a car is necessary.
Large balcony overlooking the mountains and the city. Absolutely stunning views, unforgettable moments with a glass of wine in the evenings or kruassony with coffee in the morning with breathtaking views and clean air. The house has an elevator, which is very important especially for the upper floors. The hostess is very friendly and responsive uncomfortable sofa. lacked a microwave oven in the kitchen
Staff couldnt do enough to help, very welcoming. The spa is very romantic and lovely. Our apartment was very spacious, luxurious and immaculate. It also had a double balcony and aromatherapy in the room. Great central location but not noisy. Couldnt be better.
IWe were very happy with Haus Feichtner. We liked the location of the hotel/apartment to the village and village-related activities. We also liked thought the hotel was very nice, with beautiful balconies and views of the mountains. The facility has a nice swimming pool and restaurant on-site. The owner of the property is wonderful. She did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Our stay there could not have been better. In fact, we extended it by a week because it was so nice. Reit im Winkle is an excellent location for a summer holiday. I highly recommend Haus Feichtner. We hope to return for the winter season! We also hope to see this very nice family again! Best regards, Betsy
Good location easy walking distance of everything Did not accept credit cards. Not a real problem for a one night stay, just a minor irritation. but it would be more of a problem for longer stays.
Friendly atmosphere, nice and spacious rooms, gorgeous old fashioned decorations everywhere Can´t remember
The guesthouse is very nice, cosy, clean and is well equipped. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is quiet while being in the same time close to the village center and to the main road. Good value for money as children even the older receive an extra bed for free.
We liked the hotel, the views from the room and from the balcony. We liked also that we could find everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The room was clean and nicely arranged. All was perfect and we had an excellent time. Thank you. No, we liked everything.
Very Clean, Very Close to Town Centre, Informative and Kind Staff. The hotel has spectacular views, is done in an old world style with wood floors etc.. The owner offered us free beer ( A+++). The Apartment was spcaious with all amenties in perfect condition. They also had a really sweet ''Hause Doggie''!! That we had to leave.
Very clean, decorated with taste and it has very friendly hosts. The apartments have fridge, kitchen sink, and a cooker stove. Reit im Winkl is mostly a sky destination but you can easily reach cities like Salzburg and Munchen.
Absolutley brilliant. Clean, comfortable accommodation in a picture postcard location. Lovely town. Very friendly owners. Would recommend highly. Visa Card is not accepted anywhere in town, not even to draw cash at the bank. Need to drive to Kossen in Austria (10 minutes) to access,
A perfect location for your stay at Reit im Winkl, very close to the centre, just 5 min walk to all restaurants or bars, very close to the ski school, ski rental, the shuttle bus taking us to the pists. The room was small, but arranged in a very cosy way, making us feel really comfortable. We just came back there with pleasure after all day out. Everything very, very clean, which I find particularly important. The kichenette was equipped with everything we needed to make our own breakfast or a snack during the day, thus allowing us to save money and feel more relaxed and flexible with time. The staff very friendly and fair in giving tips and advice, also helping us to arrange the activities in the most economical way. Worth coming back.
They entire stay here was wonderful, we did not want to leave. The host was wonderful, the accomadaation was perfect and the town was lovely. Nothing
I liked the beautiful location, views, clean rooms, modern kitchen with superb appliances, pleasant and very helpful manager. The manager arranged for our laundry to be done. Very nice for our family of 5. I bet the family apartment we stayed in could fit 7 at a pinch.
