Great location and staff. Wifi could have been better and because it is central location the rooms are small , but that is Europe. Cannot emphasize how nice staff was very helpfully and accommodating.
Pros (+) The breakfast was amazing. The best we had in Iceland! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the rooms exquisitely clean!
Cons (-) It got a bit hot in the room at night, but it was a minor issue.
Pros (+) The location was very nice and central.
Cons (-) The hotel staff were rude and not helpful. One night there was so much noise from people talking and partying until 3:00 am. Could not sleep. The buses no linger pick you up at the hotel. It the walk to the bus stop is less than five minutes. It was still inconvenient with all our luggage. We did not know that when booking.

Cons (-) For some reason the TV was messed up most of the time (would get frozen on certain channels and would have to get up and turn it off). However, was not in the room much, so this was not a big issue.
Pros (+) The hotel is centrally located in Reykjavik and next door to some excellent restaurants. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Cons (-) Parking was listed but it was public parking. We had to drive around and parked a few blocks away.
Pros (+) Location! You can not beat the location of the Centrum. Also the front desk staff is awesome. They can book all of your excursions for you and if you would like dinner reservations, they can suggest where and then make the reservations for you. The hotel bar happy hour was excellent if you like beer and craft cocktails.
Cons (-) The room size was a little small and there was no place for a second piece of large luggage. Also, even with the radiator in the off position, the room was extremely hot. We were forced to sleep with the windows open. The amount of noise coming from the street from cars and people at all hours of the night caused us not to get a good nights sleep in the 8 days that we were there. I wish I would ha...
