Great location and staff. Wifi could have been better and because it is central location the rooms are small , but that is Europe. Cannot emphasize how nice staff was very helpfully and accommodating.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. The breakfast was frequently described as varied, fresh, and delicious, with options for special diets. Many guests also highlighted the friendly, helpful, and supportive staff. However, some reviews mentioned issues such as high prices, small or basic rooms, noise, and limited amenities, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The breakfast was amazing. The best we had in Iceland! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the rooms exquisitely clean!
Cons (-) It got a bit hot in the room at night, but it was a minor issue.
Pros (+) The location was very nice and central.
Cons (-) The hotel staff were rude and not helpful. One night there was so much noise from people talking and partying until 3:00 am. Could not sleep. The buses no linger pick you up at the hotel. It the walk to the bus stop is less than five minutes. It was still inconvenient with all our luggage. We did not know that when booking.
Pros (+) Excellent location within walking distance to busy city center Great value for the money Friendly staff Prompt service from staff & housekeeping Nice little restaurant in the lobby
Cons (-) For some reason the TV was messed up most of the time (would get frozen on certain channels and would have to get up and turn it off). However, was not in the room much, so this was not a big issue.
