Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests reported highly negative experiences, particularly criticizing the rude and unprofessional service, poor cleanliness with dirty rooms and bathrooms, and feeling the hotel did not offer good value for the price. Several guests also mentioned issues with bed comfort and misleading deposit policies. Only a few reviews noted positive aspects such as location, price, or friendly staff, but these were rare compared to the overall negative sentiment.
