When we arrived they didn’t have our reservation, apparently third party booking don’t get put into their system. The employee was very kind and helped us, but he did share that even if we have our reservation and the hotel already booked we would be out of luck and that’s why we should book through the hotel chain itself (and obviously pay much more). Pros (+) I love this hotel the staff couldn’t have been nicer it’s such a great feeling there. Even though it was all young hockey players it is such a great place Most comfortable beds and down pillows anywhere and phenomenal cookies!!!
