Pros (+) I loved the upgrades. The room was so nice and comfortable. The cable was great and I was able to connect to Wifi and complete my classwork with No issues. I always stay at the Best Western wherever I go!
Cons (-) My daughter reserved the room for me with one of my credit cards through Kayak and the amount was in hold. When I went in I stated I have a reservation under my name with Kayak and I'd like to check in. They stated the card I used with Kayak won't be charged it's just to hold the money and that they will complete the transaction.
