Cons (-) No food available except a few bagels, alcohol, and cups of cereal, had to bring our own food from the store, then no microwave available. Asked for condiments to make sandwiches and were told only. salt and pepper available. Heat in room was either blowing cold air, or way too hot

Pros (+) I like the room the amenities. The staff did give me free cold bottles of water.
Cons (-) When I got there after 4pm my room was not cleaned and I had to wait an hour and a half for them to get to my room. Second maintenance delivered a refrigerator that was suppose to work, but it didn't.
