Awesome hotel, great location close to Vatican about 15 minute walk and close to metro.
location for business. The hotel is very close to the court
The hotel was in a good location, and provided very adequate amenities.
The staff was indifferent, at best. While no one was rude, we were not greeted warmly by anyone and were not at all made to feel welcome.
Excellent location, great breakfast.
My room was a bit noisy.
The staff was very helpful, fluent in English. The room and bathroom were spacious by European standards.
hotel was over priced but would stay there again because of location, excellent staff especially mr.fabio. rooms were very clean
the breakfast was very bland and poor selection of foodsand you really need better coffee
I liked the helpful staff, and the excellent location relative to the historic center across the river. I think the prices were fair.
My initial room had a overly soft and floppy-matressed convertible sofa-bed only (I don't know why such a thing would ever exist). But when I asked for a change they gladly gave me a smaller room with two new and confortable small beds. Without my asking, they charged less for that room. The laundry service had trouble meeting their published delivery deadline.
It was in a great location, within walking distance to some of Rome's biggest tourist attractions. The hotel itself was welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. Also the free breakfast was the best I've had in Italy.
There was one man at reception who was always a bit rude but other than him it was great.
the staff were very nice especially luey the american italian,
the room was a little to hot, and when i opened the window it was noise was to loud,
No allowance made for business people, on two mornings could not get breakfast due to place full of tourists in a party overcrowding the room. It is common to separate large tourist parties from people working to a business schedule, would not go back again when on business.
Very central to main attractions. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Soft drinks and water at the bar were totally overpriced.
