Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to major attractions and transport links, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests reported negative experiences with service, particularly regarding reception hours and communication, and some mentioned issues with room comfort and maintenance, such as uncomfortable beds or outdated amenities.
