Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions on foot. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, often going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Amenities such as complimentary coffee, tea, and water were appreciated, and several guests enjoyed the communal areas. However, some guests mentioned that the rooms could be small or dated, and a few noted issues with noise or accessibility due to stairs. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and many guests expressed a desire to return.
