The heat in the room was not adjustable which either caused me to wake up and turn heat on or turn off, which gave me a sleepless night.

Pros (+) When we originally arrived we booked a king room to stay overnight before the flight. Upon our arrival we were told that we were going to be upgraded to a suite on the third floor. The room was nice had two televisions a small refrigerator and was quiet. Thumbs up to the staff
Cons (-) Would like to see cameras on each floor to look after the guest period on a previous floor below us as we were coming up the elevator you can hear kids and older people run up and down the hallway. There were some that were just drinking out in the parking lot and those people contributed to all that noise on that previous floor. But otherwise it was great
