Pros (+) Having a full kitchen was an unexpected bonus, it helped me save on my trip. The room was NEW, the bed comfy and the staff respected by late 'do not disturb sign' that often seems to be ignored by other places I have stayed. Got a great night sleep and came back to a refreshed room.
Cons (-) I wish there were a few more places to eat in walking distance, they are just a bit too far from the near by theater to walk in winter, but hey, near a great shopping. Their parking did leave something to be desired, I had to park quite away from my room, but could unload/register right by my door so that's minor.
