Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for exploring the area. Some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and clean rooms, and a few mentioned friendly staff members. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service at the front desk, cleanliness issues such as dirty carpets and musty smells, high parking fees, and noise disturbances from construction and elevators. Several reviewers also noted maintenance problems, outdated rooms, and issues with hot water in the bathrooms. Overall, while the location and some amenities were appreciated, service and facility concerns were common.
