Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and during service recovery. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many describing dirty rooms, stained sheets, and unpleasant odors. Several guests were disappointed by the lack of breakfast despite it being advertised, and some reported maintenance and safety concerns. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and amenities.
