Pros (+) Free shuttle, decent room, pools were nice but can get crowded
Cons (-) Service was spotty, had to be immediately changed to another room bc our room was still not cleaned upon arrival. I wouldn't have been as unhappy about it had the lady at the desk was more atentative or apologetic. No maps of seaworld at the official seaworld hotel?
