Pros (+) It was so exciting to meet wanderers from all over the world. There are so many stories to be shared and so many opportunities to do so. The Hostel is hospitable and so colorful. The laundry room was also a big plus!

Pros (+) The staff is young and enthusiastic, very welcoming. The rules in place make you feel safe and the location is great near downtown and major attractions.
Cons (-) Could use some cleanup in some areas or air freshener to improve air quality in common areas.

Cons (-) First of all rude staff (at least one); then other staff not really compatible and/pr knowledgeable (young girls arrived fresh from Brazil and put in charge of reception). The place is small, not really much of common areas (other than outside); Not very clean; congested bathrooms (upstairs where I stayed there was just one single bathroom for 4 room (that is 24 people...).
