Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near Union Square and its proximity to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The staff, especially Antonio, received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, making many guests feel welcome and well cared for. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with many reviews mentioning tidy rooms and comfortable beds. While the breakfast was appreciated for convenience, some found it basic or had issues with timing. A few guests noted the lack of air conditioning and small room sizes, but overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
