Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for visiting nearby attractions. However, cleanliness was a common issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff helpful and others reporting unhelpful or unresponsive reception. Comfort, especially regarding beds and room amenities, was also a concern for some guests. The presence of an elevator was noted, though it did not reach all floors, which posed difficulties for guests with mobility needs.
