The staff are wonderful, location good, breakfast great and highly recommended. The volcano view room was worth the upgrade as the view was really pretty. Things I didn’t like: The hot water took a bit to get going, and someone came to spray something in the room…I am not clear what it was and I don’t like pesticides. They waited until after I checked out.
