Resort was nice.
My rooms sink didn’t drain. Front desk tried to move me to another room but that room was worse. Extremely noisy neighbors. Went back to original room and couldn’t use the sink. While the resort looks nice, the rooms are a bit dated.
The room service was amazing and the rooms were very clean and quiet!
The pillows weren’t great! It made it hard to sleep
Friendly staff, spa was amazing, felt safe with masks and social distancing
Everything was very expensive.
Staff was amazing.
Pricing was pretty high
Beach adjacent location, beautiful grounds, nice restaurants, bar, lobby and gym.
Pools disheveled, understaffed and poor seating management. Day to day food options at restaurant(s) a bad value and created dissatisfaction immediately.
Rainy weekend. Cozy room. Weather forced us to stay onsite and take full advantage of the beautiful grounds and great amenities. Loved it.
The staff was very nice.
A few things: Customer service follow through Attention to food specifications Continually asking for items We have stayed here many times prior to the change over to the Ritz. This is the first time I’ve ever felt to leave a bad review. Not really worth my money spent. Bummed.
Everything about the hotel and location.
Having to change rooms twice, the first time because the toilet didn't flush and the second time because we were awakened by the staff moving umbrellas to the pool on noisy dollies right outside our room.
Edgar at the poolside cabanas was incredible. He made us feel so welcome and made our day we spent with our niece we were visiting who goes to UCSB. Thank you!
Great Vacation Spot
Such a great luxurious get away that's only few hours away from SanFrancisco. Staff was so friendly and super helpful. Anything you could ask for, they would provide.
Helpful, friendly staff who were on it to help you at any turn. Beautiful room, gorgeous pools, lovely setting.
Deck of pool should be scrubbed down at night ( lots of food waste, ketchup, etc left from previous days) and hot tubs could use a drain and scub/beach situation, a bit smelly.
