Very clean, excellent staff. Comfortable, quiet room. Great value for our stay. Laundry room which is nice to have, we used it. You're close to anything you would need, shopping, restaurants, museums, historic center of town. We went for the Art Festival and thought we made a good choice to stay here.

Pros (+) Great service and they accommodated our two dogs without fanfare
Cons (-) It's a seasoned hotel but you can't help that. It is properly maintained and kept very tidy by a friendly courteous staff. I look forward to many more visits in future

Pros (+) Great breakfast for a help yourself. Lots to choose from. Rooms seem to be cleaned well. Hazelnut cream for coffee!
Cons (-) Room next to back door, too noisy as door bangs. Also a walls a bit thin, if you get a noisy neighbor you can hear them. TV could be up a bit higher so your feet aren't in the way when in bed.
