Cons (-) At first we were informed that we did not have a reservation. When we displayed my confirmation the front desk staff lectured us that because we utilized Kayak that we did not have a reservation. I had to persist and pay directly for the night whic I had already paid for. I then had to follow up with phone calls to get my refund from the hotel.
