Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at Allianz Parque, and highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several reviews noting tidy rooms and bathrooms. However, noise was a recurring issue, with thin walls and inconsiderate guests causing disturbances. Bathrooms also received criticism for lacking privacy features such as doors or curtains, and some maintenance problems were mentioned. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value for its price, with standout service and location.
