This was the lowest price, highest quality hotel in the Schaumburg area over the 2 days I was there. This place is really excellent! The staff, the facilities, the parking, the nice and spacious - quiet room … all was great

Pros (+) really spacious room and price was very good

Pros (+) The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The breakfast line was soooooo long each day we were there. Our bathroom had noticeable water damage to the walls and shower. The couch in our room was noticeably worn. The fridge wasn't cold at all. There were no outlets near the bed to charge our phones or other devices.
Pros (+) Everything was good & well taken care . The staff was friendly & rooms wer spacious .

Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to get us in our rooms early. Great place. Clean, quiet and great breakfast choices.

I was traveling for business and packed light, did not pack everything I needed due to the amenities at a Hyatt, which they did not have at the place they put me up in.
