With the construction and the rain, I didn’t have a good experience, too much walking outdoors to get to places within the hotel

room was not clean until we went to front desk. No spa No chairs available at either pool unless grabbed before 8;30 a.m. pool towels not available 2 times during week stay Staff was wonderful

We didn’t go. Health issues. Now trying to get my money back from the insurance company I paid for insurance on the stay. So far filed the claim but haven’t been paid the $2,400. I will give them a little more time but it seems they are stalling. Hopefully not going to court.

Pros (+) The grounds are beautiful and very open. With multiple pools and a restaurant with breakfast and lunch buffet for a decent price. Staff is very friendly and the overall hotel stay was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

Pros (+) The place was big and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and big.
Cons (-) The only thing I would say is the wifi was giving everyone trouble had to pay but the staff refunded me the money just wish is was simpler.
