For the level of hotel, it felt like things could have been a notch better. Everything was fine.
The location was great for walking and Public transportation. I checked in early, which I understand is not always possible but it was surely a much appreciated surprise. The staff was amazing- front desk, concierge, house keeping, everyone. My room was clean, very modern with a great view. They also have tons of meal options at the hotel for days you just want to stay in. 100% would live here.
Cons (-) Front Desk does not answer the phone calls coming directly from the room. I had to call from an outside line to receive an answer.
Pros (+) Second stay here - great staff, service, and club lounge.
Pros (+) Spread at the club was great - lots of variety. Clean, spacious.
